Charges
We take on only cases that in our view
have a realistic chance of success. After an initial assessment
(by email / fax) we will agree a fee structure applicable to your
circumstances.
We reserve our right to charge for time spent
facilitating appointments to assess or discuss circumstances
beyond the scope of an initial assessment by email / fax.
We charge an hourly rate for the provision of
many of our services, plus postage and other incidental costs.
Certain categories of service have a fixed
price.
After an initial assessment we will (upon request) provide you with an estimate of the likely total cost of processing your application and agree an arrangement and method of payment for the completion of our services.
We accept payment either by guaranteed cheque,
certain credit / debit cards, in cash or
by company
account (subject to agreement).
We retain our fees only upon delivery of
an agreed service.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable in the
EEA in respect of our
fees.
