Our Director is Marie Haughey MBE.
She is a former member of the Home Office and
has considerable experience of immigration, citizenship and passport matters.
She has been
authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services
Commissioner (OISC) to give advice at the highest level.
The Immigration Services Commissioner
Work Permit Experts Ltd is registered under Part V of the 1999
Act with the Immigration Services Commissioner to provide immigration advice and services
at the highest level.
Part V of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 makes it unlawful for any person to offer immigration advice and services unless:
- He is a member of a legal profession as defined in the 1999 Act and is authorised to practice by the profession.
- He is registered by the Immigration Services Commissioner and authorised by him to provide immigration advice and services.
- He is exempted by the Immigration Services Commissioner.
The registration scheme came into effect on 30 April 2001.
