Students
The government welcomes genuine students from abroad. You may wish to come to the United Kingdom to study English or you may wish to undertake higher studies such as a first or postgraduate degree course.
Whatever studies you wish to embark on you will need to meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules. Our expertise will help you to achieve your goal.
Although the Immigration Rules require students to be
able to maintain and support themselves, without recourse to
public funds, you may find it helpful to know that you are
permitted to work for up to 20 hours per week during term
time and 40 hours per week in non-term time.
You should be aware that there are a number of bogus
educational establishments which are not recognised by the
Immigration and Nationality Directorate as bona-fide
establishments for the purposes of the Immigration Rules and
you should therefore take very great care before enrolling,
more importantly paying advance fees. You may
subsequently find that your entry clearance application will
be refused or alternatively refused leave to enter or remain
in the UK to pursue your studies.
We strongly recommend that you contact us to
discuss your situation.
If after consultation we believe that you have a
realistic claim and you wish to engage us we will, using our considerable
expertise, ensure that your application is presented in the
most professional and comprehensive way.
